Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our laser-cut MDF and acrylic products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Please note that custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
